European Cash Drawers

 

European Cash Drawer Ltd [ECD] was established in the UK in 1997 to offer a standard range of "best of breed" cash drawers. The range has been designed to be suitable for any type of retail or hospitality application.

ECD operates from its head office in Paris to service the European market via a network of distributors and OEMs. Product is built to ECD designs via state of the art manufacturing facilities from a number of industry acclaimed manufacturers.

The ECD portfolio of cash drawers incorporates both single and dual voltage solenoids and provides compatibility with all the major POS printer suppliers. Interfacing to proprietary terminals is through a series of standard adaptor cables or via a RS232 serial interface.

Whilst it is the intention of ECD to offer a standard range of products - colour and lock options are available on most models along with peripherals such as lockable lids, intelligent interfaces and under counter mounting cradles. Current colour options are Epson grey, Epson cool white and black.
